Canada / Alaska trip begins

Well off overseas again to Canada and Alaska.  Only covering British Columbia and Alberta parts of Canada.  Canberra isn’t an international airport so the normal departure day starts with a 6am flight from Canberra to Sydney as North American flights normally leave at around 10am from Sydney.  Not this time.  Decided to fly to Sydney a day early

and staying at the beautiful  Rydges Sydney Airport hotel.  So tomorrow I can get up at a more reasonable hour, have breakfast and then walk across the road to checkin for my international flight.  The excitement has been brewing for the last month.  Stay tuned.
